We love creating these unique bonbons and sharing them with our Green Bay community.
What's in a name?
When we first met, we found out we were both foreigners. Nicole grew up in the Netherlands, while Jackie grew up in Canada where her maternal grandparents immigrated from the Netherlands in the 1950's. When we started researching the history of the Netherlands and Canada we found out that Pier 21 was one of the main ports where the Dutch came into Canada and when they arrived at the terminal they were served milk, cookies and coffee. This struck us as both beautiful and meaningful and thus, Pier 21 Chocolatiers was born!
